How Latisse® Works
Latisse® is a topical medication that is available only by prescription from a licensed medical doctor. Patients apply one drop of Latisse® solution to the upper eyelid margin nightly using a sterile applicator, taking care to avoid any contact with the eye or surrounding area.
*It is important to note that Latisse® may not be suitable or effective for all patients. Because a prescription is required, patients need to consult with our medical doctor in order to determine if Latisse® is right for them.
What to Expect from Latisse® Eyelash Treatment
When patients follow their prescription closely, they often notice an improvement in the length and density of their eyelashes in as little as eight weeks, with full results becoming apparent after 12 to 16 weeks of using the eyelash treatment.
You will need to continue using Latisse® to maintain the improvements to your eyelashes. If you stop using Latisse®, your natural eyelashes will return to the same length and thickness as before you started using the product.
Exercise caution when using Latisse®.
How Much Does Latisse® Cost?
Latisse® is a prescription product, but it is cosmetic in nature. For this reason, the cost is not covered by medical insurance. We provide an estimated cost of treatment during the consultation appointment, and you may incur other fees. Payment can be made by cash, checks and major credit cards. Financing is available through CareCredit®, and you can apply before your consultation.
